Urban educators in Lutheran congregations face unique challenges as they serve students and families through sharing health and hope in the name of Christ. Through the Center for Urban Education Ministries (CUEM), Wheat Ridge aims to inspire leaders in Lutheran education to develop and implement new models of sustainable ministry.
Schools, educators, and the congregations that support 
them can be dynamic centers of healing within struggling urban areas – impacting lives of future generations through Christian education.
