Living Well Days for Professional Church Workers

The Living Well Day for Professional Church Workers aims to be a catalyst for the self-care of those attending.  The Living Well Day provides a learning experience through which a church worker will be enabled to assess personal, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being, and subsequently take steps to improve the quality of each.  The idea for the Living Well Days grew out of shared needs from clergy and others that they needed a time and place to be affirmed in their vocation, informed on the latest whole person health and wellness suggestions, network with other leaders in the church, and have a day for spiritual renewal. This type of experience is a way for church professionals to keep life in perspective.

These pan-Lutheran events provide a relaxed environment, experienced, high-quality presenters and an opportunity for meaningful interaction between participants and presenters.  The day will be a time to refresh, renew and be renewed in the Lord!  Typically, each gathering features two speakers with the presentations focusing on various aspects of health and wellness within a general understanding of the interconnectedness of all aspects of health – body, mind and spirit.
