Wheat Ridge offers a variety of grant programs to enable inspired leaders to make an impact in their community through new and innovative health and human care projects. We currently support over 70 programs in 22 states and 7 countries!
Joshua Grants are one year grants of $1,000- $5,000 to the Lutheran community who are congregations or organizations committed to launching new ministries of health and hope in their community. This grant application has a rolling deadline with grants awarded quarterly.
Emerging Leader Grants are an investment in both the leader and the project. This program offers one year grants up to $5,000 or two year grants up to $10,000 for a human care ministry project designed and led by 20-35 year old leaders in the Lutheran community. This grant application has a rolling deadline with grants awarded quarterly.
GrantsPlus are grants from $6,000 – $50,000 over two or three years to congregations or organizations connected to the Lutheran community who are committed to launching new ministries of health and hope in their community. This grant application has two deadlines per year.
