Congregation Health Ministry Grants

The Congregation Health Ministry (CHM) Grant Program enables ministry leaders to move inspired whole person health and wellness ideas into action within congregations. These one-year, $2,000 matching grants for new and innovative programs are open to Lutheran congregations committed to becoming centers of health and hope in their community.

Congregations interested in applying for a grant must complete and submit the following items to grant.apps@wheatridge.org:

Application deadline is April 16, 2013. Awards will be announced by June 15.

Proposals will be reviewed by Wheat Ridge staff and a committee of ministry leaders based on our Grant Review Criteria.
