Initial Proposal
Please review the GrantsPlus Program Expectations and the General Eligibility Requirements before you apply. Organizations must complete and submit the following items:
- Cover Sheet (attach as a .doc not a .pdf)
- Budget Form
- Outcomes Measurement Plan
- Initial Proposal – guidelines available here. Samples available here and here.
- IRS 501(c)(3) Confirmation Letter (Organizations located outside of the United States must provide evidence of equivalent corporate or trust status.)
Application materials are due on July 15, 2013. Please submit via email to grant.apps@wheatridge.org.
Initial proposals will be reviewed by Wheat Ridge staff based on our Grant Review Criteria. Invitations for Full Proposals will be sent by August 15.
