Grantee Relations -Maintain strong relationships with grantees and partners.

Grantee Capacity - Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of grantees and their leaders; Increase awareness of grantees about resources, models and networks; Improve communication and collaboration between grantees and our supporters.

Grantee Outcomes: Improve the community need addressed by the program; Maintain the program within the community for at least 5-10 years; Maintain a reasonable ratio of costs per person served. So together we can create Sustained Change

 Sustained Change - A network of inspired leaders within Lutheran congregations, agencies, and nonprofits building innovative programs, which bring wellness in body, mind, and spirit.
