As I write this I’m preparing to attend a reunion of former students and faculty of Lutheran High School of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Time sure flies! I joined the faculty of Lutheran High right out of college in 1974 and was part of this school community for 11 years. The school was brand new when I arrived and the name of the game as a faculty member was multi-tasking. In addition to our classroom duties, we helped construct the building, drove school buses and coached athletic teams.
