The Congregation Health Ministry (CHM) Grant Program promotes a pervasive awareness of whole person health and wellness within congregations through matching grants aimed at developing sustainable health ministry structures and programming. Formerly Congregation Health and Hope Grants, the CHM Grant Program continues Wheat Ridge Ministries’ commitment to support congregations as centers of health and healing ministry by resourcing programs, equipping leaders, and engaging community partners.

Application packets for the Congregation Health Ministry Grant Programs are now available. Grant proposals will be due June 1, 2010 with funds to be distributed by July 1, 2010. Please consult the Wheat Ridge Ministries Grant Guidelines in addition to the packet materials as you prepare your proposal.
