Hearts for Jesus: Hope for China!

A Wheat Ridge Ministries project is making a difference in the lives of Chinese children and adults living with physical disabilities.

The participation of your School, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School in this Hearts for Jesus Project will help send a Wheat Ridge Volunteer Medical Mission Team to China to:

  • Establish basic rehabilitation therapy clinics for children in China - including orthotic production (making braces).
  • Teach Chinese physicians and other health care workers the basic theories and principles of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Develop awareness and teach basic techniques to family members who can continue the therapy when patients return home.
  • Bring basic medical equipment to China for permanent use by the clinic or hospital where the training is taking place.
  • Touch the lives of children and adults living with disabilities in the name of the healing Christ.
