Wheat Ridge Ministries is pleased to partner with other Lutheran organizations to offer “Living Well Days for Professional Church Workers” throughout the country.  The idea for the Living Well Days grew out of shared needs from clergy and others that they needed a time and place to “just get away” for a day.  They shared the need to be affirmed, to laugh a little more, to lighten up, and to keep life in perspective.

The Living Well Days, which are pan-Lutheran, are designed to affirm and encourage all professional church workers, help them to relax, refresh and recharge and offer a chance to meet others who are also hooraying and hurting in life and ministry.  The day uplifts them both professionally and personally through speakers, devotions, fellowship, singing and sharing.

Speakers from previous Living Well Days have included: Dr. Richard Bimler, Rev. Dr. Herb Brokering, Dr. John Eckrich, Dr. Gwen Halaas, Rev. Dr. Richard Hardel, Dr. Richard Herman, Dr. Lois Klatt, Rev. Dr. Charles Mueller, Sr., Rev. John Nunes, Dr. Ronald Pfeiffer and Rev. Dr. Mitri Raheb.
