Today, we invite congregations and schools to consider other ways to continue to participate in the ministry of Wheat Ridge.  A variety of innovative ministry projects are available for schools, Sunday Schools, small groups, confirmation classes, Vacation Bible School, a special congregational focus, a Lenten program … the opportunities are limitless!  The projects listed below can be implemented any time of the year.

• GIVING GARDENS -- our newest Hearts for Jesus Project!
  Supports the distribution of climate and cultural appropriate seeds, training, planting and harvesting of gardens in Haiti and other countries around the world.
  
• BETHLEHEM, WE CARE!
  Supports the Dar al-Kalima Academy in Bethlehem, Palestine.  Gifts will help our friends in Bethlehem as they are shared in the areas of Children, Adults, Resources and Environment - CARE!
  
• HEARTS FOR JESUS: HOPE FOR CHINA!
  Makes a difference in the lives of children and adults living with physical disabilities in China.
  
• CARE OF WIDOWS, COWS FOR KIDS
  Identifies widows with young children in highly poverty-stricken situations in India and provides a milking cow for the purpose of producing income for the family.
